IHRA is not very specific some of the examples they quote could be specific I agree the rest of it is as wide open as anything I've seen for a definition

Regarding criticisms of the Jewish State Israel you should tell 13 that as I have criticized the Jewish States military and other interventions ..apartheid included in the past on here
